Our Health Partnership are looking for a  Quality and Support Officer

OHP is one CQC registered provider and following a recent re-structuring of the central team we are looking for a Quality and Support Officer that can support our practices on all aspects of quality. Our aim through this post and other posts in the OHP central team is to help practices continually improve the quality of services that all of our GP practices provide.

Another major part of the role will be to play a part of the development of our own Business Intelligence Unit; reviewing and analyzing data from both internal and external sources to share with our practices and PCNS to again enhance the services that are provided.

The successful candidate will be flexible, be able to work on own initiative and be able to analyze and interpret data. They will be proficient in using tools such as BI Power, databases and be very experienced at using all Microsoft applications.

OHP central is a small team and there is a need to cross cover roles at times and be prepared to cover different roles.
